Annual network price adjustments

For customers with 11 or more employees, monthly airtime charges may be adjusted each April by the same percentage increase imposed on Tawk Network Ltd by the underlying mobile network for the relevant service. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice of the resulting charge.

For personal or consumer customers and microbusiness customers with 10 or fewer employees, monthly airtime charges will increase by £2.25 excluding VAT per connection each April.
